Sorry!! I just couldn't post the blog due to my neck pain! I can't hold my neck by myself to look down the desktop and keypad for several days. It was blood clots last time and I am bit scared. Hopefully settle within some more days. Plus I am chased by childcare and houseworks during this short school holiday as usual...
I can't use for my neck but... Plants support ideas!!
If it was plants I always use supporting pole to keep them in good shape.
I started to use very strong plant guards for my peony these days which make plant last longer in good shape. Without this support, my peonies were always dropping their head on the ground and just became a VIP restaurant for slugs!!!
For outdoor
I am using Unscky 6PCS Garden Plant Support Cages, which is very stable and rust free. It is good for other gorgeous blooming plants like Dalia, and my local friends are making magnificent Dalia garden every Summer with 100 of plants supporters! I am using them for Heath and other small shrubs to let them stay in their area as well. Very useful!!
Indoor
Those outdoor plant supporters are too big for my small succulents. I use kebab sticks sometimes to adjust their shape. But the kebab stick is bit too sharp if you are considering about safety. So, I reuse my painting blushes for the support as well. They are not too pointy and I don't have to worry too much if I wanted to leave the supported plants in my children's room. That means this is pet friendly idea as well! I have cats in my mother's home, and she is using blushes a lot for support as we worried any injuries especially on our cat's eyes when the cat wanted to sniff and bite some leaves.
But I know this is not so super stylish solutions. So I uses a willow basket for some vain type caudex. It takes space but relatively easy to move around rather than making green curtain directly on the window. It originally came as Sweet Pea basket and I am reusing for my succulents many years.
This is the idea of handmade succulent baskets. The creator is hana. It's Japanese page but you can find many beautiful photos and arrangements. https://greenhana.exblog.jp/
I would like to make it by myself once recovered.
Hope to update how to grow seedlings soon!
